Yoga therapy should be apply very carefully to protect and heal the two most important organ of human body- Liver and Pancrease. We should first think about a yogic life style and yogic diet system to protect these two organs, so that they are not infected or fail after a long time of overwork. Liver is filtering blood to remove toxins and also metabolizing fat and protein. It produce bile to aid in digestion. Pancrease, on the other hand, have two kinds of function- digestive functions and endocrine functions. Pancrease aids in digestion by secreting digestive juices and secret hormones insulin and glucagon to control the blood glucose level. Both the organs can get infected and inflamed with over work. We need to control our food habit to protect them and also practice yoga asanas to direct blood flow where they located in the body. An increase blood flow ca detoxify those organ and rejuvenated with fresh nutrients and antioxidants. Ardhamatsyadrasana, marjariasana, janusirasana, baddhakonasana, padahastasana, are some of the postures that can clean and detoxify Liver and Pancrease. Butif once they got inflamed or toxic or infected, we should be very careful of practice yoga asanas. That time we should focus more on diet regulations.
